Each workshop is adapted to the participants’ requirements/needs and level of expertise/experience. Workshop are hands-on with appropriate activities to goals :
- Presentation and appropriate use of the tools specifically created by RSE&I
- Awareness-raising activities to assist participants’ in practical requirements and custom tailored to their line of business
- Vocational training geared to skills improvement for participants
- Case studies enable participants to project themselves and anticipate practical situations.
- Role-play exercises and simulations of current situations.
- Exchange and sharing of good practices, learning from other participants
- Debriefing: trainer’s feedback concerning participant experiences
- Listening with understanding to the real issues the participants are facing.
